I've known the owner for a long time but had not seen or talked to him in years and treated me like we had been doing business for years
I locked my keys in my truck yesterday. I called total sales and service and within 5 mins they were there and 5 mins later had it unlocked . Treated me excellent..
I initially went to the wrong location. The salesman there was really helpful and polite. He directed me to the right dealership location and even recommended someone at that dealership for me. I appreciate his honesty and helpfulness on guiding me in the right direction on the journey to purchase my New Vechicle.
