Small bathroom, small room. Couldn't open window and the screen was also very ripped. No exhaust vent in bathroom. Didn't used the pool. Hot tub was out of service and had been apparently for the last 7 months. Was charged for in room safe for both nights that we didn't even use. Showers were great with pressure and hot water. Breakfast had the same old stuff of waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, toast, fruit and yogurt.
Although I wasn't super impressed with the hotel itself (a little outdated, but that's about what I expected), the place was quiet, everything worked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to use rewards points for a suite (local manager's discretion), which was very nice, and they also accommodated another special request I had I prepping the room. Breakfast was simple, but good, and we'll stocked. Overall, it was only a one-night, mid-week stay, but the place seemed very good to me.
Hotel staff was rude and seemed to have better things to do than their job. Pool did not have towels to use unless you asked for them. Rooms did not have enough towels, 2 towels for 4 people. Stairwells smelled of smoke. Not impressed for the price we paid which was suppose to be a "group rate" for a wedding but ended up being the regular rate as I looked online for pricing. And when you have 2 rooms for 2 nights each that gets pricey. We will find another place to stay next time we are in town.
We are adults. We where in the hot tub just before 10 pm and they requested we get out at 10 pm. We are adults. We where just relaxing and visiting. Give me a break! Breakfast was okay, very basic. Be sure to warm up what ever you get to eat. It's not going to be HOT.
Guest restroom had a light out and there was no paper towels. I told the front desk. However, the next morning. There still was no paper towels in the guest restroom.
Beds are so uncomfortable that it's hard to sleep. The pool is nice and a pretty good breakfast. The employees are nice and accommodating.
